CustomPortal.app is the fourth layer of the stack: the surface a client sees. Onboarding, intake, and the place a customer checks what is happening and what is owed. Because the substrate (EVERJUST.APP) already holds the records, the client surface is intended to read from them directly — so a client sees the same records the business does, not a summary someone re-typed.

CustomPortal.app is in development. The domain is ours; the product is not built yet. There is no ship date, and nothing below is a feature you can use today — it describes what the layer is intended to do.
